They were professional, answered all our questions and calmed my daughter down as she was very nervous. They called a few hours after we left to check up on her and see if we had any additional questions. I was impressed. I did not have that experience when my son had his wisdom teeth out a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Dr. Meylikh.

Staff seemed nice, concerned, and professional. Tooth was extracted quickly. The Doctor seemed highlt skilled and qualified. I do have a few things that prevented a 5-star review. I'm old enough to have been treated b many other great professionals and only base the following on my experiences. Please excuse if some of this seems rough. 1. Work on my tooth started uncomfortably fast. Staff moved quickly, Which I suppose is desired, but it came across rushed. 2. Dr. applied topical numbing agent and did not wait for it to have meaningful effect before injecting novacane (or carbocaine - which ) and that was painful. 3. Needle puncture and delivery hurt. I was asked if I were okay, but I was just sucking it up and chose not to interfere. 4. The extraction itself was well executed, thanks. 5. However during the process someone's hand was pinching my lip between their hand and my teeth with considerable force. This hurts and it seems commonplace. There is considerable force applied through the hand into the lips while gaining the leverage needed to make the extraction. Again, please excuse the critique. You all are great and I appreciate your work and how my mouth feels

I had a wonderful experience at Coastal Oral Surgery. I called with an emergency and they were able to get me in the very same day for an extraction, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, and the extraction was quick and much easier than I expected. The entire staff was caring, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. I’m so grateful they were able to help me so quickly and provide such exceptional care. I highly recommend Coastal Oral Surgery to anyone in need of oral surgery, especially if you're dealing with an emergency!

I have had a fear of dentists all my life. I have NEVER had a good experience with a dentist, until now. Coastal Oral Surgery, (Dr. Meylikh), was awesome! The doctor was caring, kind, conscientious and very knowledgeable. Dr. Meylikh had a great sense of humor too. His staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Coastal Oral Surgery in Toms River.

I had to have a molar extracted. The dentist is not one of my favorite places to be. Because I have COPD, all they could do was numb me. I was a wreck. Dr. Meylikh was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable and told me everything that was happening. The extraction was over before I knew it. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Coastal to anyone who needs dental surgery.
